What the heck! Let's start the mudslinging!

My predictions: Girls Berlin, but Bedford will make it very interesting and can beat the 'neers with some stellar performances, better depth, and coaching moves. Bedford can win with alot of multiple places in several events. They have more depth and Berlin has better individuals.
Boys: Bedford should rebound with a vengence if the "walking wounded" heal up by Wednesday. If they don't its wide open with Ridge and McBurg making it interesting and Meyersdale and Berlin should get strong performances from individuals.

I'm guessing that even if Bedford's guys do heal, that Ridge will still be able to give them a good run for their money if they don't win. It will be a head to head competition with either Bedford or Ridge winning a close one. I also note that Bedford can't be feeling very confident right now after getting pounded in the LHAC and County meet two nights in a row. Also, Ridge will be coming out with a vengeance after getting pounded last year and having a chance to rebound with pride. It will be very very close.

I agree with your picks, but completely disagree with your reasonings. Berlin girls don't have quite the "individuals" you speak of...I believe they only have 2 (3 tops) firsts right now. You talk about Bedford with the depth, when I think it will be Berlin's second and third place finishes that bring them home the gold. However, interesting is definitely going to be the word to describe next Wednesday.
I also am going to have to go with Bedford boys. Even though the big controversy with Ridge vs. Bedford is going on pretty hott right now, I think Bedford has the heart it takes to overcome all the obstacles. I'm going to have to add Windber boys up there, probably taking second or third.

The Berlin girls have more than couple top seeds. Elder has two herself. Hartmann in the 100 and Lamens in the Javelin. Maybe even Meese in the discus. That's five off the top of my head.

I don't know, but I think Elder might be able to win the 800 against Weaver, but I don't know either. It should be a very good race to watch. Of course, in the one and two mile, she seems to be about head and shoulders above everybody else this year.

My mistake!!! I completely forgot about Elder...how in the world could I  ...I now take back what I said about only a few top seeds. I definitely see what you mean now.

The girls part is def. gonna be a toss up. Bedford wants it but can they get the win? Knowone knows. If the bedford guys are all back to them normal selves by wednesday im gonna say that they will def. take home the win. Also, fleaflicker bedford didnt get "Pounded" at the LHAC meet. The boys took 2nd and the girls 7th, i believe.
