Not a problem. He apologized.

Perhaps the Japanese would be pleased to know they are part of the Cowboys game plan.

Still a pretty stupid thing to do by someone who should know better. Plus he knew even when he said it that it was going to cause problems.

It just happens the man who said it is a celebrity..if one of us said it, we'd laugh and use the play. think its funny. granted, not the smartest thing to say, but he did say no offense to anyone.

Have we become a society of wimps? Where...are...all...the...tough...people? There used to be a saying, "Sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me". How true that used to be. Why are we so thin-skinned anymore? Ooooh. He called me a bad name! I'll admit that the Polish, the Italians, the Irish took it on the chin with all those ethnic jokes. But this Jap thing is ridiculous.

There was some Japanese guy that had a comment about the comment on espn and he called Japanese Internment camps something to the sort of 'control camps' and how it took him back to the days of that and how he couldnt have even imagined how his grandparents felt about it, i thought the statement was stupid and redundant because 1. he wasn't even there for it and never had to go through it (yes i sound like hollywood but this is one instance where that is a good excuse) 2. he didnt even know what to call the camps that his grandparents had to go to and 3. they probably didnt even KNOW THAT HE SAID IT!!! The media of today is gay, they are turning us into this softskined society with reporting on the dumbest $#!+ that 3 weeks from now won't even matter, did the Japanese have huge riots as a result of his comments, no. Its all dumb and blown way outta proportion by todays media.

Good comments Ham. There is a place to lighten up and not be so *###* uptight about everything. Its interesting that when things are slow in the world that comments like this get way more attention than necessary.
