Why not put Burress there, get a QB that actually throws the ball to him on more than one occasion and he will put up astronomical numbers.

How about Alan Faneca for the left guard?

i could name AT LEAST 10 guys that would catch the ball on a more consistant basis than plexiglass, assuming the entire group were all catching passes from the same qb...that's just a downright awful pick.

and i hate to tell you this buddy by Santana Moss is BARELY the best receiver on his team...

I love the Steelers and I hate Burress.

He seems so far away from TEAM that I can't stand to even look at him. The guy makes me sick. Ward is 432342 times the player.

Burress is good, but could be great if he changed his attitude. There are at least 10 guys I'd pick over him too, including Hines Ward.

For the record, I also hate TO, Moss, and all these other guys that just want to be about show at WR. Yeah we see your mug...now get back to the huddle!

I don't care what kind of person TO or Moss is... it's how the perform on the field. If Moss catches 17 TD's a year like he did last year he can act like an idiot all the time and i'll still take him on my team. Moss isn't nearly the moron TO is... but both can perform come Sunday.

(just a note to the pizzaboy...when you hear people talk about 'Moss' they're talking about randy, not santana)

there is a difference between randy moss and plex burress. randy moss produces and wins games for the vikings while i have never seen burress win the steelers a game.

hines is a likeable player because he goes all out and does a lot of dirty work in the league's glamour position. moss doesnt do the blocking or any of that because basically he is scrawny and would just get run over or hurt doing the things that hines does. i would take moss over any reciever in the game and hines ward second.

my team:

qb- favre or a healthy mike vick
rb- tomlinson
fb- sam gash
wr- r. moss
wr- hines ward
te- gonzo
online- kc cheifs
d-lineman- jenkins, sam adams, the de from green bay(gmajabialmla), dwight freeney
lb's- ray lewis, lavar, urlacher
cb- champ bailey, dre bly
safety- ed reid, shaun taylor
k- jason elam
p- jeff feagles (just cuz the guy can take a hit, lol)

My thought is that Hines Ward is the best wide receiver in the league.
Yes Moss, Owens, and Harrison etc. catch more passes and tds, but Ward is the complete player. He makes the big catches, blocks, really hes not afraid of anything. Plus hes the perfect team leader and player...I would take Ward anyday over any receiver in the league.
