I know what's wrong with Bedford and how to fix it. Its real easy get rid of the BLUE PANTS! Bedford didn't start wearing them until last year I think and has had bad luck since bring back the tighty whitey pants and everything will be alright.

Actually the blue pants were worn at the begining of the 6 game winning streak last season up at Penn Cambria. And Bedford wore the tighty whitey pants up at Bishop McCort. I dont think anybody knows whats wrong, besides the fact that CC was better. PLAIN AND SIMPLE

I was encouraged in the trouncing. Saw some young kids that moved pretty well. Was real impressed with Dave Wagoner up front.

I don't like the blue pants myself. I think they need to bust out the blue socks that go to the knee.

As to what is going on and how to fix it. Squats are always a good answer.

Coach Swaim is the squat Dr :D . Every day this summer in wieghtlifting he had us doing different types of squats. Of course at that point it was all for not. Some ppl did put on some serious strength this summer in both upper body and lower ( Schendel, both Harris', Arnold, Young, Gardill, and a few others.) and most of it came from the lower body. Im sure this winters workouts and summer workouts will be centered around squats and inclined bench. Hopefully it pays off and there is some 'big' boys coming up next year to fill the huge voids created by the previous years seniors. Good luck to all next year.

Surprisingly WhiteShoes can squat like a champ. How he got those sticks to put up the weight I will never know, but he did.

We won't talk about the bench!
