there's always bad relationships with coaches and players. JR specifically lost a LOT of grrls at the jr high level because of the way he coached. i know numerous grrls that quit at NB because of the coaching. he had a good work ethic but i dunno about his personal relationships

The fact of the matter is, Brumbaugh came one season to soon. You say JR didnt have a good relationship with some people, thats fine. The point is that JR did have an effecta on that particular group, and that was last years downfall.

I dunno, he had good relationships with the girls but i think it was time for JR to go. The year that Clark was a Soph., Sheena Smith a Jr., and Laratonda a Sr. they had a good team and went far but it didn't look like JR knew how to handle the pressure coaching that last playoff game.
Oh well he's outtah here, once Brumbaugh gets some confidence going i look for him to be a good coach with a little assistance.

Reading about Barton and Snowberger.....also i look for Becky Shaffer to be a good player for the Panthers also. She was a pretty good shooter in JV and Jr. High.....with a lil practice and confidence after a few varsity games, she should develope a good form by the end of the season.

I agree with your comment on Becky, she could definantly be a threat.

I really dont have anything against Brumbaugh. It's just the things he does like, NOT COACH THE TEAM at a game or not showing up for practice. If he is the coach, and thats fine now, just please coach the team. I don't know how he did things in Foest Hills, but at NBC our coaches dont coach from the other teams bench.
