Pitt comes back from close to 10 at the half to win by 10 and beat my Huskies in Storrs tonight. Great defensive perfomance in the 2nd half by the Panthers holding UCONN to around 25 2nd half points.

PSU beat Nwestern today 65-62. Aaron Johnson, the B10's leading rebounder, outrebounded the entire Wildcat team BY HIMSELF. Johnson pulled down 21 boards while Nwestern had 17 as a team. The PSU trio of freshmen played bigtime today with Claxton, Morrissey, and Walker having nice games. Say what you want, but the future is getting a little better for PSU hoops. These 3 freshmen could be pretty good by the time they are juniors and seniors. Game action is vital, and they are getting plenty of it. Am I thinking top 25? No, but I am thinking they'll be in contention for an NCAA bid again in 3 years. At least I hope so anyway...

Yeah, they'll beat UCONN, and lose to BUCKNELL, Seton Hall, Providence, Georgetown, and a Bleacher Coaches all-star team of D-nice, Austin, Moldo, gators_own_you, and southpaw.
