FM soon to have another 1000th point scorer!!!

Tomorrow night, at "Pack-the-Gym-Nite" the Fannett-Metal girls host the Forbes Road Cardinals and Junior Katelyn Dovey has 7 points until she reaches her 1,000th point career mark!!! She is the most hardworking athlete I know and contributes 110% all the time. She is a great asset to the team and I cannot wait to be there to cheer her on tomorrow evening. She definitely deserves this!!! Good luck Kate, We'll all be there for your special night!!

Good post vball04. Katie is an awesome player but more importantly a great person. She's the ultimate team player who places team accomplishments first, and personal accomplishments second. It would be nice to see others follow her lead. But tonight will be a special night for her and hopefully the team as they face a very hot Forbes Road Lady Cardinal Team led by the areas leading score, Kayla Knepper. Good luck girls.

Way to go Katie!! I'm so proud of you...not only did this girl score her 1,000 points, she definitely whooped up on Forbes...Great job Kate..you deserve it all!!

What an amazing game it was. the gym went CRAZY when dovey got her 1000th point. Not only did she get her 1000th point but she got a career high 40 points and they beat forbes, one of our rivals.
I am so proud of you katie and I will always be your # 1 Fan!!!
