Norm Chow leavin usc for the tennesee titans?

norm chow the usc offensive coordinator has left for the titans of the nfl whats everyones thought on that.
Before anyone else starts the "Oh God USC is finished" crap, here's what will really happen:
Nothing.
900,000 dollars a year for Chow. Carroll is already the Def. Coordinator and head coach, and isn't incompetent. Someone on the staff will more than likely get promoted. USC plays in the worst respected conference in football and can handle losing their offensive coordinator. They'll win the national championship.
