To the bedford folks who believe turkovich was so much of a problem, why was he on the floor. If he was hurting the team more then helping, why wasn't he sitting on the bench all the time right next to Waltman? If he was down here in Tussey Mt. country and had attitude problems and wasn't contributing- he would have been on the bench right next to coach bailey. If someone is hurting your team yo99u dont keep them on the floor. You complain about turk in practice and the games but if he was on the floor when the game counted, then he was one of your top five. If he wasnt one of your 5 then thats waltmans fault for leaving him out there.

You have not a single clue as to why Turkovich stayed on the court during the whole season. He DID hurt the team last year, he WAS the cause of alot of the problems. It was all about him, and even when he was playing the whole game, he was complaining about not getting the ball, and when he wasnt playing the whole game he was complaining about more playing time and getting the ball. He was a big headache, and alot of Bison basketball fans are glad to see him go.

if he was that big of a problem waltman should have told him to change his attitude or stay home. That's how dave bailey would have solved the situation. Waltman and should have handled the situation. If he doesn't the control of one of his players, thats his fault.

Ham isnt dissagreeing with you tmfan, waltman did have heated discussions with turk about his attitude. I thought he was kicked off the floor or the gym in practises a few times

CC took down McCort in convincing fashion in their LHAC opener on Friday night, 75-61. McCort could not run an offensive set, nearly all of their points came off of transition buckets. They held CC to 31 in the first half by playing a zone and for some reason didn't use it in the 2nd half. Halftime score was 41-31, CC held McCort to 20 in the 2nd half and Gates was non-existant the whole night save a nice dunk only to be followed on the next transition by a missed layup. CC had 4 players in double figures on the evening.

Ok the only time he yelled at me about getting off the floor was my freshman season...I wasn't kicked out of practice...he just told me to pay attention...but how would playbookboy know that he was still playing JV...maybe he remembers something that I don't remember...

Tmfan Bailey is a great coach, but you can't say he has control over all of his players. I remember a couple years back Marcus Stephenson was a hot head who would flip out often.
