(AP) — Winners of The Associated Press Pennsylvania girls high school basketball players of the year awards, as selected in statewide voting by writers and broadcasters. Prior to the 2002-03 season, players of the year were selected in Big School (Class AAAA-Class AAA) and Small School (Class AA-Class A) categories.
