John Aaron Marshall already brought home a Bronze in the triple jump, 45'5". Kanuch from Westmont won the event with a jump of 47'5" I believe...

Bedford's 4x1 ran a 43.81 which was good enough to get them to tomorrow...but Alliquippa ran a 42.76 i think...i know it was in the 42's...so it should be interesting tomorrow in the competition between Bedford, Milton Hershey, Bishop McCort, and Alliquippa. I think that Harris has a big chance in the 3's tomorrow to bring home some hardware, if not the gold...he was in the same heat as the kid from Bible Baptist and he beat him by 4-5 steps...should be an interesting day tomorrow. I did however see Chestnut Ridge's pole vaulter...which he did pretty good in my opinion...the guys that were ahead of him...well...2 of them were up around 15 feet i think...that's pretty insane...tomorrow should be another great day of track and field at Shippensburg. Good luck to all Bedford County athletes.

should be interesting to see if john aaron can come back tomorrow and run. i know he held out of the 4X400 after injuring himself in the triple. He ran the 4X100 but didnt run the 4X400. That could have a huge effect on the outcome of the relay. Troy definatley has a shot at gold in the 3's. I saw him run today and he won by 5 steps in his heat and i think he may have had the fastest time in the event. Also and interesting matchup is goin to be Kanuch and Cambell from quippa. Should come down to the wire. Should be a great day tomorrow!

i wonder if kanuch is close to the piaa mark in the triple jump?
so did the bedford 4x400 even compete?
but i agree that bedford chances would be hurtin in the 4x400 without marshall!
