what do you guys think about what Mr Winslow said??
"Baseball is what we were, football is what we have become."

"Watching football is like watching pornography. There's plenty of action, and I can't take my eyes off it, but when it's over, I wonder why the hell I spent an afternoon doing it."

I think he is right. Its football, the guys on the other team, at that level, are out to not only beat you, but physically dominate and yes, maybe even hurt you. If your the wideout, which he was (on the play that reporters asked him what he felt about hurting him and really set him off)and you get the opportunity to crack down on a LB and totally destroy him, you dont pass up the opportunity. It was a good football hit, it was a good CLEAN football play.

I can understand why he is upset too, he is from Miami and they expect nothing but winning. Miami with 2 losses is like PSU with 7  It just doesnt happen all that often now a days.

hey the young man was upset. We all say things when we are upset. He is a competitor and hates to lose. His block was legal and WOW what a block blocked two guys was one of best blocks i have ever seen. But i do think it is time for him to head to NFL.

Come on guys, he totally blew up! Some real off the wall comments with very cruel intentions. He meant every word. He's been a spoiled brat all his life and has gotten his own way all the time but in football sometimes you loose and he can't handle that.

Do you think there should be any suspension or punishment for his outburst?

Maybe some therapy or anger management with Jack Nicholson

You guys see how shockey acts now. My guess is that winslow will be twice as bad. I've never seen anyone that cocky before. Hes a good player but no one needs the excess bull$*!# he brings. I hope he doesnt end up on a team i like, cuz i will be unable 2 root for him.

I like players that only celebrate after meaningful TDs, no flippin out after a first down in the 3rd quarter when ur down by 35. As a one Courtney Brown said, "You dont see guys from General Motors goin around beating their chests and yelling around after they do a good job, so why should I?"
or something 2 that effect.

Winslows remarks were disgraceful...he used war terms and called himself a soldier. that is a dumb thing to say unless you are in WAR and if u are a SOLDIER. shut up and play winslow. You could be a great player

I just found this interesting, i picked up the November 10th edition of ESPN the magazine and they had a whole article on how Winslow has grown up and lets his game take care of his talking  . LOL. Just a bit of info that i thought everybody would find humorus.
