BISHOP CARROLL at CENTRAL: Central has a solid team and strange things happen at the cove. CENTRAL 21 BISHOP CARROLL 20
RICHLAND AT CAMBRIA HEIGHTS: Heights has a strong experienced line and home field advantage. CAMBRIA HEIGHTS 20 RICHLAND 14
WESTMONT AT FOREST HILLS: Kanuch is almost unstoppable, but you have to play defense too. FOREST HILLS 28 WESTMONT 21
BISHOP MCCORT AT BEDFORD: It's hard to believe that Bedford will start the season 0-2, but they will. BISHOP MCCORT 27 BEDFORD 21
SOMERSET AT CENTRAL CAMBRIA: Somerset is young and Central Cambria is big and strong. CENTRAL CAMBRIA 21 SOMERSET 7

Jolly Green is a smart guy. Central is going to be surprising people all year.

The only real suprise last week was Westy over Bedford. This week feature's two HUGE early season matchups
Johnstown at PC -- Both of these teams are getting use to something new. For Johnstown it is life without Larod, for PC, it is coach Fetzer. I think this one will be a dog fight with "X" making one more big play to win it.
Trojan's by a touchdown.
Richland at Cambria Heights -- Both of these teams played fairly well last week and lost. Both are improved, but I think Richland has a few more athletes then CH. Both of these team match up fairly well, but I think the Rams will be able to ride Pecora's arm to victory in this one.
RR 30 - CH 21
Someret at Central Cambria - CC's stingy Defense will be enough to get them by in this one
cc 14 - Somerset 0
B.C. at Central -- Just because Central hung with Johnstown doesn't mean they'll do the same this week against B.C. B.C. is going to get better and better as the season goes on and they get use to their new offense.
B.C. by 20
GOTW 1)
McCort at Bedford - Both of these teams are extremely dangerous, and both have big play capability. If Bedford wants to have a chance in this game they need to get J.A. Marshall at least 20 touches on offense. I think the Bisons are going to have a tough time with the Balanced offensive attack of the Crushers, especially the passing game. Everything tells me McCort. But I know better.
Bedford by a field goal.
GOTW 2)
Westmont at Forest Hills
Westmont showed the LHAC that they will surely be a team to contend with this year. I for one was very impressed with Khuri, McCloskey, and Vrabel's throwing capibility in the pocket. Forest Hills on the otherhand struggled at times last week against Righland on Offense. But the Ranger D was very impressive, and Rearick showed he can make the big throw when needed to move the chains. Overall the Rangers are going to prove to be a little too physical for the Hilltoppers.
FH 20 -- Westy 7
This should be a great weekend of Football Matchups!
