Harris, Barefoot, or Miller
There has been some talk about all of these three players on this site, so I'd like to hear which one you guys would like to build your team around. Each of them have different abilities, but who would you want more than the others to be on your team if you were a coach?

Not sure, but I think this topic was intended for basketball...
I'd want harris. Miller is great on defense and Barefoot is a great shooter.
Harris is a great shooter and the overall most athletic of the three. Also has good dribbling and great jumping. Start with him and go from there if i'm building the team.

I agree with bison on this one, playing haris in the tip-off tourney last year showed me the calibur of a player that he is. And it looks to me that Bedford has already done a pretty good job of building around this guy.

I would build my team around Troy.
Barefoot does have a nice shot but he doesnt have the quickness of Troy. Defenders will be there on his shot however because he doesnt have that threat of being able to beat them to the hole.
Miller on the other hand does have some quicks which makes him a good defensive player. I do not think however that he has the handling ability of Troy.
Overall I think Troy is the player that these two athletes are compared to (not taking anything away from them.) Their weaknesses are some of Troy's strengths. Troy can get out there and make something out of nothing, so if I start my team with nothing I want to be able to put somethin out there.

Barefoot has spent too much time in Ridge where he has no one else to rely on. He plays individual ball. When you get him an actual team to rely on, he isnt used to it and doesnt play as good as team bball as you should.
I havent really seen Miller play for awhile, but i know the guys character and it might be the best of the three. He plays team ball and always hustles.

Root, Root, Root for the home team
Barefoot is probably the most fundamentally sound player in the county. I think he has a good supporting cast this year and will show people he truly is a team player. The maturity he showed in football will continue into basketball. We all know he can score, but this year he will show the other facets to his game. I think ridge fans will be pleasantly surprised.

I'll take Adam Miller....Best passer, best defender, best team player...makes the others surrounding him better. Barefoot and Harris are both GREAT athletes and are probably a notch above Miller on raw athleticism but Miller's all-around skills and basketball savvy make him more valuable in my opinion.
