I guess I don't mind the hurricane warning flag on the helmets, but I think by halftime the Canes realized that if you dress like UAB you might play like them, too.

It was aweful. Throw the "throwbacks' back in the the trash.

I didn't mind the logo, but I really don't like how the university spent money on this stuff only to be worn once. It's nice to see where the university's brains are.

The logo was about the only thing worth mentioning. When I turned the T.V. to watch that game, I seriously thought that I was watching ND, or Baylor or UAB, not Miami.

Those uniforms were terrible. Also, VTech's uniforms on Thursday night were really bad, too. I do like how PSU sticks to the same uniforms all the time. They haven't been changed in like 37 years.

They had a poll yesterday during the game where they asked people when was the last time PSU changed the uniforms. They said 1974 when they took the numbers off the helmet, but that is not correct. The right answer is actually 1987 when they changed the facemasks from gray to blue.

Well some of us aren't old enough to remember that TAE. dang senior citizens. lol

Interesting. I don't like those Miami uniforms either. That shade of puke yellow is ugly on the helmets, and the green is too dark for a team that plays in Florida. If those throwbacks are supposed to make John Bunting's fashion advisor puke, they probably succeeded.
