New NHL season

well we're pretty well underway on the new season of NHL, there are new rules in place and the scoring seems to be running wild! Attendence is up across the nation to the NHL games, so my question is, how do you guys like the new rules and the new season?
personally, i think it's great for the game. It makes the game more fluid and more exciting to watch.
