How many of you people said that McCort couldn't beat Bedford?? I know Bedford got better but so did McCort. Let me know what you thought about this game??

Don't jump all over me, but I'd like to know from Bedford folk: With a 21-3 lead, was there any chance of complacency (let-down) on the Bison? I wanted the Bison to win, and thought they had it in the bag. I guess that's why they play it to the end. Just ask Westy. And PC.

As good as Bedford played in the first half, they played just as poorly in the second half. The opposite is true of McCort. Bedford needed to make defensive adjustments after the half and didn't. And I don't know why coaches think a playoff game is a good time to try new things. But the Bedford coaches did. I'm guessing the Bedford offense only had maybe 10 plays in the second half. McCort did exactly what they needed to do and didn't panic. I can't say the same of Bedford.
As a Bedford fan, I am quite disappointed with the result, but we had a good season. Just very puzzled by the playoff letdowns.

I think this was the best game ive ever seen in my entire life...nothing like 2 teams playin their hearts out on the football field....from what i saw it was a pretty clean game...not that many penalties (untill mccorts game-winning drive)...i think mccort showed a great deal of character and heart...bedford definatly improved the past 7 weeks...their misdirection really confused the crusherse in the first half..and their defense was playing awesome..im not sure what happened in their lockerroom at half...2 of the biggest changes between the first and second halves were field position..mccort started from their 35+ in the second half (except for the 97 yard drive) and mccorts defense changing from the 4 man front to the 5 man front in the second half seemed to make a huge differance,i thought mike sheridan had the one of the best games of his life leading the crushers up and down the field..the line gave him all the time in the world to pass, and that same line really oppened up some holes for scott lewis to run through...i give mccort a round of applause for never quitting and never giving up i guess thats what that "whatever it takes" slogan really means

It was a great game! Congrats to BM they came out in the 2nd half and played their butts off. In my opinion the difference in the game may have been when Bedford had a 2nd and 4 from the BM 15 and got a delay of game. They were moving the ball and after the penalty they tried to pass which I highly doubt they were going to do prior to the penalty. Anyway on the pass they where called for Offensive pass interference which in effect ended the drive. One other thing I couldn't understand. D. Harris had 2 touchdowns. Guess how many touches he had on offense! 2!!! Why does a kid with his ability get 2 touches on O in a 48 minute game? Anyway congrats to the BM team. They didn't pack it in early and they made a great comeback.

Thats one thing I dont understand... why you would give a kid with D1 talent 2 touches.. I know last year while I was a member of the bison i touched the ball at least 15 to 20 times a game.. there was no reason for him to have so little action!!! and also if he has 2 touches and 2 TDs thats just retarded he should of had the ball at least 20 times and you wouldnt of even had to worry about mccort coming back cause Bedord would of scored 40
Owell game over good jobs guys and good luck in college
Mccort- goodluck and Win the thing...!
