I'm excited to see the Nave/Cramer match. Cramer has really improved over the last couple of years and Nave has just become a beast. He' got some work to do before Feb/Mar but I look for him to go to states.

Nave is very tough. Moss was so thin, did he put on any muscle?

Certainly Marcus will be tough wherever he is at, but I don't think 160 is where he wants to be. I definitely expect a drop from him.

NOT REALLY, ARTIE IS STILL REAL THIN. HE IS PROBABLY AROUND 6' 1" OR 6' 2". HE HAS STRONG LEGS, BUT HIS BEST ASSET IS HIS FLEXIBILITY. HE REALLY HASN'T FILLED OUT VERY MUCH. HE WILL BE A SOLID 152 LATER IN THE YEAR.

Art's shoulder was a problem and I know cost him many matches. Is he 100%?
