Man can this guy jump! I hope his injury in football doesnt hurt him in track. If my memory serves me correct he took 6th at states last year. Just curious, any predictions on how this guy will do this year? I know its a little early but hey.

The Sky is the limit and he's hungry after getting a taste of it last year...6'9" and a Gold, Silver, or Bronze.

Im saying 6'7". I think his record was 6'5" last year. Yeah I agree with you Head Roadie, he will get either 1,2, or 3. He won't do any worse than that.

Mark's playing basketball this year so he'll be in good jumping shape after Coach Crawford's box jumping he has us do. I expect him to get around 6'7''.

Yeah, Derek was amazing at the high jump and long jump.. Especially for a freshman. I always liked watching him and John Marshall jump during practice and meets because their phases were awesome. Derek and John both had the opportunity to go to states last year, and they even placed. I think they will do even better this year- if they keep their heads on straight.

Mark is a buddy of mine though, I wish him the best of luck this year and hopefully he places again if he makes it to states. :)
