Huxta is a teen

Post by Dep »

Actually I think the fans need to keep things together. A young man like Bobby Huxta, after a tough team loss does not need adults, with no sweat or tears lost to abuse him or the team. Learn to win with class is something the Panthers and their coaches understand, but their fans still need some work.

so you're telling me that whenever you competed in high school athletics, especially one as intense as that match you never lost control of your emotions? You never did something in the heat of the moment you regreted? Anyone that ever played competitive sports and can honestely say they never once lost their cool.... let me know.

i have to agree with theoneandonly here...nbc's fans were fired up that night for the obvious reasons, but they may have been a little out of hand...mr huxta isnt one to get really fired up unless there is good reason...

Fans

The fans need to get a grip. Emotions of a 17 year old boy in the heat of battle should not figure into this situation IF adult fans do not say and do stupid things, like get in his face.

Taunting

It is my understanding, that after the match emotional fans were in his face during the handshaking when fans are not supposed to be on the mat. It was a huge win for NBC, but like I said before, the fans need to understand it is not about them.

I'd have to agree with you there, some fans do need to chill out its about the wrestlers not all about the fans...the fans are known to put a lot of pressure on the wrestlers and they dont need chaos after wrestling...
When someone tells me there is only one way to do things, it always lights a fire under my butt. My instant reaction is, I'm gonna prove you wrong!
