Taunting Do's and Do not's

Post by Roadie »

I found this on ESPNs Page 2 website. Since it's getting close to Basketball and Wrestling season and the taunting and trash-talking can be heard really easily inside a gym, I thought this article is useful as much as it is interesting...

Those are great... I'm sure that the largeman could tell us a little more about the great art of taunting, he's pretty good at it.

Yes, alot of the chants the Stampede uses are variations of the Cameron Crazies chants. And being a Blue Devil fan, i sit in aww of the Cameron Crazies and the things they come up with. And yet they manage to do it with respect and class, unless they are playin UNC, then it gets ugly.

Ham--
You've stooped to an all time low. I didn't think any men who didn't wear skirts liked Duke.
You have definitely earned a new nickname.

Duke???? Still in disbelief. Thats terrible.

I'll admit when we first started going to basketball games, I found most of our chants on a cameron crazy website...HOWEVER...I absolutely despise Duke. They're fans are humorous but I hate the team.

Sorry to dissapoint you Bedrock

Isn't that what great fans are, don't people find what they do humerous, yet hate every move of them (unless you are infact one of them). Its just like every other sport (not saying that student groups cheering at sporting events is a sport), if your the best, the people that love you, love you, and the people that have to face you, absolutely hate you.
