Here is the pre-evaluation rivals 100 for 2007:

Notice that Penn State has 2 players in the top 8 and 3 in the top 15 that has Penn State on their list. The best QB on that list is from Lancaster,PA(Pat Bostic) and Penn State will definitly have a shot at getting him.

Excellent shot at Bostic, even with the late addition of Devlin.

According to the PSU roster, there are already 4 QB's at Penn State. Two more are coming in with this recruiting class. Go ahead and waste one on Bostic. Only ONE can play at a time, right? That'll be 7 scholarships tied up in ONE position, where only ONE guy can play.

That's why you redshirt. If Morelli is as stupid as you claim (which I heard he is, much to my chagrin) then Devlin might be the starter.

Moldy, I am suprised since you seem to follow PSU atheltics (especially BB) far more than Pitt, you would know that Bracket is going to line up at TE.

I don't think we should be worrying about the 2007 recruiting class, yet. We have a whole season ahead of us before you should be getting too into 2007 recruiting.

Who gives a scholarship to a kid who played QB in high school, then tries to make him into a tight end? Why didn't PSU just try to steal Nate Byham from Pitt's class. Or aren't Pennsylvania kids worth it? Wait a minute. I forgot. The REAL battle for Pa. recruits starts NEXT year.

Moldo- You mean to tell me that if Penn State has a shot at the best QB in high school they would pass him up because they already have too many QB's. I could see passing up a 3* QB but to pass up a potential Heisman canidate is insane.

Anybody else smell Joe Pa going out with a story book ending? Maybe a National Title real soon?
