what do you think the winning time will be at districts for the mile and the 800/

I'm with lonewolf. Under 2:00 in the 800, and around 4:45 in the 1600.

1:57 to 1:59 for the 800
and 4:35 to 4:39 fro the 1600

i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that podlesnik can run a 1:56-1:59 in the 800m at districts.
in the mile this is a big if...
if snyder of everett is there then i will say that he will crack 4:30 and no worse then a 4:35
but if he doesn't then someone will run and look for the winner to be anywhere from 4:42-4:50

in the 3200 i think that about a 10:00 flat will win!

i don't predict snyder to crack 4:30 at districts unless he has some compition but he has a good chance at states
