Dallas, TX Quarterback Bowl Update

A couple of weeks ago, I made fun of that coward Tony Dorsett for not participating in the Quarterback Bowl, which was sponsored by the local sports radio station The Ticket. It featured many radio peeps and former Cowboys greats like Aikman and Walker and Staubach and Irvin and Novachek. It also featured former Cowboys scrub Dorsett.
Moldo continually questioned where the money was going since this event was held for charity. Everyone down here knew that Aikman and Staubach have their own charities and that the winning team (aikman's or staubach's) would get the money to go to their charity. Only problem with that is that myself or Moldo were unable to find what charities were eligible for the winnings.
Well, I have an update. I was at a pizza buffet recently and actually ran into a guy wearing a Quarterback Bowl t-shirt. He participated in the evennt as one of the people who won some contest on The Ticket and were chosen to play in the game. I asked him what the charities were that were fighting for the money. I'm expecting him to give me a definitive answer, right? Something like the humane society or whatever. That guy had no idea what charities were sponsored by Aikman and Staubach. He didn't know where the money went either. There you have it.
