Jordan Downy is a solid kid. I like the way he wrestles and he is a dark horse to go to states.

of the times iv seen downey wrestle, it seems like when he is on, he is really on, but when hes off, hes really off...i think he has a lot of natural talent and if he becomes more consistent and gains some confidence he will do just fine...

Is this district 5 only? If not, and it's an area forum, then while I agree Josh Snyder would be a good one to pick, I'll go with the guy who beat Josh Snyder 3 times last year: Adam Whetstone.

Whetstone is a good choice, but then again so is Downey if he is on this year. Any one of the Lascari boys have a chance. I think this is kind of open this year. Let's see what the year (season) has to bring!!

if i had to pick a name to go all the way.....i cant decide but i hope both these guys go different weights.both deserve the state championship just as much as the other..... Jake Strayer or Garrett Scott
