Uconn will definately be tough to beat but you can never tell who will be in the final four until the day finally comes. It's stupid to even try to pick teams now knowing everything that can occur in the wacky world that is college basketball. Uconn is favored by many now but I'm not sure how many people will have them circled in the middle of their office pool come March.

UCONN played pretty poorly in their first two games, although both wins the margin of victory was not what it should have been. Oh well I guess a wins a win.... anyways as some of you know I'm going to be picking Duke to win it all this year, just like I do every year. Hopefully they don't choke once again this year as they have done in many previous years.

UCONN is my favorite team and has been for about 10 years so I hope they get it done this year.

I think Gonzaga truly has a GREAT team this year. They honestly are a major player this season, and I would consider them a definite Final Four type of team.

How about the Wildcats from Arizona. They always field a great team and should be able to make some noise in March. They have a tuff bout against Florida coming up on the 28th. Another good game happens tonight when 5th ranked Kansas hosts 4th ranked Michigan State at 9 on ESPN. For my sleeper in the Final Four I'm going with Mizzou....always playing their best ball in March.

Digger Phelps is picking Texas to win the national championship this season. My question to you is, do the Longhorns have a solid replacement for T.J. Ford?

a point guard like TJ Ford only comes once in a while, and so he will be very hard to replace--i say texas has a great season but lacks the leadership at point and makes a dissapointing sweet sixteen trip

Why was Maryland put on this Poll. Nobody has posted anything about them and hardly anyone has voted for them. I would have put Kansas or an "other" option instead of them.
