Steelers -- Awesome!

Post by foghorn »

My God, those Steelers were "ridiculous" Sunday against the Brownies. Aw heck. I can't even pretend to be sarcastic. They still stank up the place, especially on O.

Thank God Butch Davis is the stupidist coach in the league.

On the bright side, Troy (Samoanname) sort of looks like he's coming around, or did I just imagine that?

The saddest part about the whole thing is that they still might make the playoffs.

yea, they've earned at least a split with each team in the division, and that puts them in an enviable situation

Its not sad, its the day and age in the NFL, no real stand out team in any league or division. Any team can be beaten on any day and its just bizzare. The Steelers can more than likely win out the rest of the season and end up in the playoffs. Its just not the Playoffs without the Steelers.

One thing is for sure. After the season the Rooney's are going to unload some dead weight. I mean there's going to be a real blood-letting in Pittsburgh because the expectations were the superbowl and they aren't even going to finish .500.

Unload dead weight and get an offensive line.

I would like to see the Steelers go for Couch from the Browns or heck even Mark Brunnell from the Jaguars. Maddox had good year last year but he is not the answer. Would like to see thewm go for one of these QBs sitting on sideline who have some good years left.

When you lose your line you need help and the D just is not living up to it again this year.
