John Wooden. Makes sense since the best college basketball player wins the 'Wooden Award.'

That's incorrect. As a matter of fact, John wooden isn't even one of the top 10 all-time winningest coaches. This covers both womens and men's college basketball.

Dean Smith, a coaching legend. Coached the Tarheels for 36 seasons and set the record for the all time winningest coach. What a great coach.

Ha...point well taken. I dunno......I've always known John Wooden as being the winningest coach. Whoever told me that was WRONG! Grrrr. lol

Best winning percentage and most NCAA title yes, but most wins, that is the Dean. Wooden is what you refer to when you talk about a coach winning because of his titles.
