I am not basing my opinion just on their records alone , but largely on what each coach gets out of their team compared to how much or little talent they have to work with.
I would have to rate them as follows.
Just because i rate a coach at the bottom doesnt mean he is a bad coach either , he just might not have anything at all to work with.
1.Chestnut Ridge : They aren`t the most technically sound team in the area , but they are getting better every year and he has them playing hard every game.
2.Fannett-metal : Pretty much the same as above , although i would say he has a couple more offensive weapons than does Ridge such as Miller,McGee,and Hill.
3.Forbes Road : The record might not be good, but their coach knows his stuff and he has only a couple good players to work with , i played for a league school and i wish we had him as our coach.
4.Everett: They are getting better every year since he has been their , he just has very little to work with.
5.McConnellsburg: This team has come up short in recent years in the playoffs and it is getting to the point that you need to ask is it the players or the coach , i have not seen a coach get so little out of so much talent. They have a good record but success is not in regular season anything less than making it to the championship this year is a failure.
6.Northern Bedofrd: Have fallen on hard times quickly and its only going to get worse next year as they have a bunch of seniors on their team this year.We will find out if it is good coaching or if he just happened to be along for the ride last year while having very talented players.
7.Hyndman: They have fallen into a deep hole and i dont know if they will ever recover , they might win a couple , but this is a really bad team , with only 1 or 2 good players and a horrible defense and goalkeeper.

I think the NBC coach has done a pretty good job. They were the toughest team to beat last year and now they have to reload. Right now they are the most improved team from the beginning of the season. Ita takes a lot to keep a team working to get better while you are losing every game, now they are playing with every team they face which has to be credited to the coaches.

I would have to somewhat disagree with the FM ranking, not because of the coaching but because of the players. FM has and is going to continue to have many good athletes coming through the soccer program. I have been around the team and also the younger players on the lower levels and i see them to be very solid for the years to come. And that is great to see because for a long while there they would only have a handful of talented soccer players. But with the talent pool expanding there I look for much success in the future. However the one downfall of the FM soccer program is attitude and there is always an issue with a number of FM soccer players and their attitudes, that is the only thing that is and will hold them back. But Coach Best is doing a great job a improving the skills and condidtioning of that team. They play the game much more how it is supposed to be played than they used to.
