The game is at Berlin this friday the 17th. I thought the game was to start at 7:00 but I heard on the radio that kick-off was at 6:30 and we never start games at 6:30 so don't hold me to it.

It's at 7:00 p.m. at Berlin. The 6:30 time that you heard was for the Williamson Financial Countdown to Kickoff for the CDM Radio broadcast.

Everything has gone Meyersdale's way all season. I dont see that changing in the D5 Championship Game. Although im sure Meyersdale fans remember the District Championship in baseball. Should be a great game.

What are you even talking about?! Football and baseball have almost NOTHING in common... you could be the best baseball team in the state and end up losing to somerset in football the next year!

Key question is will Edwards play this week? I think I heard he had a high ankle sprain I am not sure though. I asked in another thread about some west pac teams. Is Meyersdale senior dominant team? If Edwards doesnt play I see a really close game here. I think Windbers def will try and limit any big plays with the WR Clark. I do see a Meyersdale win of 24-12. Then bring on Rochester.

Hey guys is Berlin turf or natural?...I know the WPIAL's are played on grass (of course that is the "sacrifice" to play in the "big" Stadium) but does it worry or bother anyone that it could be real sloppy...I guess what I am saying with all the fieldturf out there I still like to see big games played on those fields for championships or playoffs.

Berlin is natural. It would be nice to have those games played on the fieldturf but that is a pretty big change from playing on grass all season. I'm pretty sure nobody from meyersdale has ever had any experience playing on fieldturf.

Hard to beat the same team twice in one year. But, I am taking Meyersdale who will line up and play some smash mouth vs the smaller Windber team. Stahl over DeMarco
