New Year's Bowl for two straight years.... I think this will be a pretty good matchup, I'm excited to see it.

New Years Day..... and you guys will have to lie silent and dormant for months because PSU has nothing else to enjoy besides one declining football program.

It is possible for more than 1 program to be in a state of decline at the same time. PSU had a decent season and deserve a decent bowl game. However, a New Years Day bowl is not what it used to be. It used to signify that you were probably one of the 10 best teams in the country. Now there are 6 games on NYD and that doesn't inlcude the Sugar, Orange or BCS championship games.

UPS is 28 & 28 in Big 10 since 2000!!!! If my mathematical analysis is correct, that is failing to play above .500! This pedestrian record puts you behind the big 2, Iowa, Wisky & Purdue!! That equates to 6th in the conference which, in turn, signifies bottom dwelling!

If one wishes to focus more recently.... then this year has already been broken down! UPS played 4 teams worth a hoot & lost all 4 contests, throw in the ref'ing debacle @ Minny & that should have been 5 losses & the ugly queaker vs MSU with their 2nd string qb, geez??

Just being objective:

The only teams you played well against were total stiffs - Akron, Temple & Youngstown!

I would like to know why it's acceptable to continually bring up the Minnesota game whenever its not acceptable for PSU fans to gripe about those horrible calls in the Iowa game, Ohio State game(s), and Michigan last season. We're crybabies if we do that, but it's fair game to talk about Minnesota. It's all well and great when PSU gets hosed, but when 1 questionable call falls their way in 5 seasons, then it's okay to keep slapping Penn State in the face with it.

And for the record, since Minnesota is apparently terrible, I would love to see how many yards Amir Pinnix would put up against other I-A defenses from the state of Pennsylvania, given those teams' reputations anymore versus a run-team. Even lowly Minnesota would beat Pitt by 25 points. Anyone who disagrees better do their homework and look at that match-up.

Speaking of Big Ten teams that are getting blastered by you Pitt idiots, how about Wisconsin's offensive line? Don't they average about 6'8" 350 pounds or something totally ridiculous like that? PJ Hill is pretty good. I wonder what that monsterous o-line could do to Pitt's small defensive front? I mean... we've seen what running teams do to Pittsburgh. Is it possible that PJ Hill could break the NCAA career rushing record in ONE game?
