Bellfonte vs Central Girls

I wasn't at the game tonight, but I heard it was a very good game. Central came out on top by four, and I think I heard 62-58 as the final score. Bellefonte is supposed to be a very good team also as they had all their starters back too. Basketball season in Dragon Country is going to be fun Dragon fans this season.

Did Laratonda or Nevins get any playing time tonight at all? If they did how did they do??

I heard Nevins played some. Laratonda had a really good game from what I was told. She did very well against the press....

This was a great way to start off our season... Bellefonte played us very tough with a lot of man pressing and it never stopped when u passed halfcourt...although i thought there were numerous uncalled fouls, we still came out on top. I really have to hand it to our guards for stepping up and handeling the pressure. They dominated the game with their penetration. It basically was a guard offensive game and the posts had to work hard on deffense inside + rebounding. Ferry hit a lot of key shots and Feathers did also. Shannon also handled the pressure well by making many fast break layups. Great game girls, CANT WAIT for tomorrow night

does anyone know who won?? w-burg or united??

yea the 9 point lead at half time was nice but Bellfonte got on this momentum streak and made it 54-54 with 2 mins left......AWESOME game though!!!!!! Well done Central

I heard through the grapevine that Laratonda went wild, had a super SOPH "breakout" party! Congrats Central girls and good luck vs Willyburg.
