The Rex Sox and Yankees rivalry is a great one, it is crazy during the year, and maybe even crazier in the offseason. The Red Sox go out and get Schilling, a couple days later the Yankees offer Sheffield a contract. The two sides just can't stand the other so much they will go to any length to make sure they can win. It looks like the Yankees will get Colon too, the Sox will get Foulke and possibly A-Rod. The Yankees will prob. get "little matsui" and the battle will keep going, it's madness!!! Just wondering what other peoples thoughts are on all of these signings.
If you hate the Yankees for trying to buy a team then you should hate the Sox, too. They're doing about the same thing the Yankees do except they're not as successful.
All I have to say about this is that the Yankees are always successfull at buying a team...and the Sox aren't...both teams also have their own identities...The yankees are the professional businessmen type...always dressed in suits and ties and are like the good guys...the Boston Redsox are somewhat like that but they only do it half assed...they can never just get it done...it is like sex...the Yankees can pay a cheap hooker to get them off...but the sox can only afford the lube to beat off with and they are never successful
The winner ain't always the one with the fastest car....it's the one who refuses to lose!
