Man U over Benfica 4-1.

And while we're in the year 1968... How did the 1968 European Championship (formally known as the Nations Cup) end? we'll just cancel the points out if ya get this one...give me both countries names final score and how it ended

now thats a toughy, im not 100% on this but i know in the late 60's Italy won the Euro on a rematch, against a slovak country, seeing as its only held every 4 years, this would have to be my guess.

had to google the details (much like u googled the Man U match) but anywho i was correct Italy defeated the slovak country of Yugoslavia in a rematch because the first "final" ended in a 1-1 draw therefore a second match had to be played to determine the champions of europe

yep...you're correct...but what i was looking at wasn't the finals...sorry, the interesting match was the semi finals...Italy played the Soviet Union(i think) and it was tied 0-0 and Italy advanced on a coin toss! how wierd is that
