I believe its the Eagles, and that is Javon Kerse and David Akers. Did they really wear those at one time in their history or did they just decide to create a new stupid looking uni? Makes me hate Filthadelphia even more.

I checked the Eagles website and found out they sported this style uniform in 1933.
