The Juniata Valley Hornets are not the same team you have seen the past 2 years, they don't have the skill players or the line to run the wing T anymore. They had one drive that ended on a 4th and goal on NBC's 2 yard line. The only highlight for them was a 3rd and 5 fumble by the running back that bounced about 10 yards latterally into the hands of a reciever who ran it 70 yards for a TD....

In the annual season opening backyard brawl Tyrone over Bellwood 19 - 0.
Richland welcomed LHAC newcomer Bishop Guilfoyle with a 27 - 14 victory.
