Did I say he was throwing them away? I'm talking about the passes in the flat where he sends them over the press box.

I'm pretty sure he sees fans up in the stands with PSU jerseys on and accidentally mistakes them for his actual teammates (however they are usually in triple coverage by the opposing teams fans with jerseys also).
