I am just curious about something. This could be under the subject of Max Shoemaker being hired at Ridge as an admin. also. What does Chestnut Ridge want? Coach Wilkins has done a good job there. They beat Bedford for the first time ever last year, they beat Bellwood who has been a sore on their side this year, they have made the playoffs the last 5 years and have been fielding very competitive teams. They are disciplined and play hard. It is not the coach's fault that they simply got beaten by better teams in the playoffs. I am curious from the Ridge people of what do they want? Will someone new take them to the next level? Look at their record the last 5 years. They have been pretty darn good. Again just curious of what they want from the football coaching staff there.

This has nothing to do with your question, but is it true that Max Kauert got kicked off the team? I heard this story and also saw that he didnt play Friday against Tussey and was wondering if it was true or not. If so, what happened?

Max is off the team because he wouldnt say sorry about getting into a fight with the coaches after the NBC game. In a way the team needs him, but a lot think its better off without him.

Actually max got kicked off for yelling at a coach, and the coach said if he apologized to the coaches and just addressed the team that he could play again. Max did all of that, but the next day he was suspended indefinetily.

I'll be bad and bring this up, a week and a half after the fact. In the NBC-CR game, I heard from the radio that McDannell had a personal foul on a NB kneel down near the end of the game. Could this have been an ejection also (if the ref had any _____ to do it)? If so, he would have sat out against TM also, and that game could still be possibly be at 0-0, days after the opening kickoff.

He did have a personal foul on a NB kneel down. Plain and simple. But the refs, as well as the CR coaches, let it go. All of the time. So, you saw it right Sneakers......go figure!
