Cancellation/ postponements because of "bugs"

Is this a TABOO topic- Why has few if any discussed the cancelling of meets and duals by some area teams because of the MRSA and Herpes Gladiatorum outbreaks? Just asking. Any thoughts?

What is there to discuss? They were postponed until the teams were cleared. The matches were rescheduled as far as I know. Better safe than sorry when it comes to an infection. With so many "Superbugs" and the need for more intense antibiotics it is better to stay on the cautious side than to intoduce the kids to something that needs IV antibiotics for treatment. I, personnaly, was glad to hear about the postponements and applaud all the coaches and AD's that stood behind their decisions.
