Farmer Hall's Christmas Poem, originally published in 2003, updated 2007 version
'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS (Bleachercoaches version)

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the site
Not a forum was stirring, not even the H.O.B. on this night
The posters were poised by computers with care,
In hopes that Hollywood or AE soon would be there;
The posters were nestled all snug by their mouse
With visions of badgering some poor informed louse;
And Bison1 in his blue jersey and coach with aggression,
Had just settled down for a long administrators session,
When out of the basketball forum there arose such a clatter,
Goodwill sprang from his computer to see what was the matter.
Away to the computer D-nice flew like a flash,
Tore open the thread and was ready to bash
The topic on the breast of the newly started thread
Was to stir up the posters by vman and CRWizard
When what to my wondering eyes should appear on the screen
But replies from Hilltoppanther, Crimson Crazy, and El Moldo
“Now Athens Cat, Guru, now Sneakers and Crimson Crazy
On Oncearunner, on TBone, on TMFan and Lefteyelouie
To the top of the thread to the top of football
Now Post away! Post away! Post away all!
And then in an instant I saw more on the screen
More posts from Weapon X, Chops, and Wakestreme
Then a chubby and plump and right jolly young member
Named Jolly Green came on and made a post to remember
Soon following were CRHSCaptain, cheergirl, and fmchick
Giving their own unique version from the female clique
With my mouse in one hand and my fingers a churning,
Farmer Hall attempted to spell at which he is still learning;
With a click of the spellchecker his post came into sight
“HAPPY POSTING TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD-NIGHT”
