Re: Just Saying...
The crushers had their sophmores and juniors play the entire last quarter of every game for the most part last season. To say that the young kids don't get reps at practice is completely incorrect. They may not be starting reps but there has to be a dirty O and dirty D to play against the starters. And I can't think of a better way to prepare the young players than to practice against the PIAA state-runners up. The coaches know what they are doing and I believe this past loss will be the only loss of their season. It will just make them a stronger team and they will work harder and get the job done as they have for practically the last decade.

2007 mccort team loosing to richland made them the team they were, i believe this team will be fine and will win at least 5 in a row and be rolling heading into the showdown with the trojans on october 15th

Re: Just Saying...
That is not true. How much did Cooper play last year? Hardly any. It's showing. And how many times with big leads was Seidel still in there scoring TD's or running the ball. Salem did not use his underclassmen very well last year, and basically not at all in the playoffs, despite him saying how "valuable" it was to them in the paper. How do you get to the state championship one year, and only have 11 lettermen playing the next year?

moldo cooper started a game last year and played in every other game except johnstown, tri-vally, bellwood, and clairton. and well when 20 of 22 starters are seniors of course you wont have alot of lettermen its all up to underclassmen on special teams at that point. and oh yeah i played for mccort last year so i know waht im talking about you dont

Ok. Got ya. Multiple things that happened during football season, i.e. while student could still be playing football. When football is over...McCort doesn't need him anymore right? The fact is that McCort doesn't smell anywhere states without this transfer. Then he is kicked out of school 2 months after football season, 2 months from graduating? It just flat out looks bad and you can't dance around that.
Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Oh...you mean like you, your golfer buddy Vman, and a lot of other Crusher faithful did to the FH School District when BM tried to run Forest Hills through the mud after the Lewis brothers transfer. Claiming that the transfer was based on the "Racism of Forest Hills". Please.Vmanscaddy wrote:Typical Forest hill idiot doesnt know what hes talking about n takes cheapshot at Mccort. What a guy does it make u feel good or tough?
What goes around comes around Caddy****.
Shady Transfers. Kicking transfers outta school after they are done playing football. Onsides kicks when you are up 50 on a team. Dropping down to single A right after winning the AA district title.

Re: Just Saying...
Working full time and living on your own????? Who paid his tuition???? And getting back to young kids getting reps, sure that can happen during fall camp, but during the regular season??? You know what practice is like once the season starts. Monday is mostly film, Tuesday and Wednesday are prepping for the next opponent, Thursday is a light practice before Friday's game. Where are all these preps coming from???? Nowhere. That's why getting kids into the game is so important, instead of keeping the starters in late in the game with big leads. It would have paid dividends last night.

Again, if he's on his own, who paid his tuition?

Right, everyone in Jtwn knew for years that Don, Ray & Co. cooked the books for years! If readers want to know what really irks the mighty ranger fans deep in the entrails it's the fact that they outright cheated for years to remain AA and were losing to lil olde single A BM who were choosing to play up to AA. The Cryangers fans had what they wanted BM was playing up from A they were AAA & lost 2/3 of the time in the past 12 contest:
