i hardly ever come on here anymore. mainly because there is never any information exchanged. ie when i wanted to know what the state's longest losing streak in football was, because i fell that tussy has a good shot at it. nobody could tell me.how sad. when i looked at the topics scrolling down and saw the title "dave wanstedt on a watch" i could have recited the entire bogus article before i even read it.even more sad. gain some originality TAE! or at least some form of knowledge on any subject. there has to be something you know about TAE. i'll admit you seem like for the most part a fairly bright young man. but every time you mention PITT it is the same old tired a$$ story line.

Well, D-nice, what you are asking for is a hard stat to come by. The state does not keep such statistics. So unless someone on here follows football at the state level (every school), you are not going to get an answer. Are you looking for current streak or longest ever in the history of the state?

Williamsport had an 18 or 19 game losing streak until the middle of last year when I believe they finally won a few games to finish out the year. And as I stated before, I would bet Turkeyfoot has had a longer losing streak, or maybe even JTown VoTech. But Tussey is probably right up there with the longest current streak. It's hard to say, because nobody wants to publicize such a fact. It's not something you want your kids to focus on or be a part of.

But I do agree that there is a lot of garbage on this such. You just have to muddle through it to find the stuff worth reading. It's just entertainment and nothing more most of the time.
