Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.

Re: Scrimmages
It is hard to say what Fairfield is like , they were very young last year and lost to Forbes in a scrimmage 2-1.
They have a lot of players coming back for this fall and seem to be decent .
They play in the York County League Division 2 which is the small school division and York County Soccer generally isnt real strong , i would say top to bottom their league is similar to the Sideling Hill League.
Their top teams aren`t quite as strong as NBC and McConnellsburg but their weakest teams arent quite as weak as the SHL`s weakest teams.

Re: Scrimmages
Northern Bedford 8 Penn Cambria 1
Northern Bedford 3 Johnstown Christian 3
And the score of the Ridge game was actually:
Johnstown Christian 6 Chestnut Ridge 2
The scores do not indicate much because all teams used JV's considerably during the second half, except for Penn Cambria, who only had 12 players.

Re: Scrimmages
Games with NB, JCS, Ridge and Penn Cambria were all played at Penn Cambria
