wasn't there but it's always good to hear about a team that's been in a huge losing slump to finally win one...let alone the opening game of the season!

Congrats on the WIN! The team showed some heart to come back and win like they did. Congrats to Coach Steele in his opening day game! They will be 2-0 heading to Loysburg and then it is back to the losing ways with the Panthers rolling over the Titians!

Way to go Titans! I must say, being an alumnus of TMHS, I had my doubts about the team winning. But they proved everybody wrong that doubted them. They really needed this win to pull their spirits up and the town's spirits up and get everyone in Saxton excited about football again. Plus, I agree with Sneakers, the new Saxton Market helped some there too. :lol:

Congrats to the Tussey Players and Coaches. I know the staff and administration has worked hard to try and restore some winning to this program. Keep up the good work.

I want to go out on a limb and say this....I'm glad Coach Steele and his staff are in place and will be/ is a great fit for this program.
But I feel that these athletes (if it weren't for last year's semi-mutiny) would have won some with Coach Nace at the helm as well.
But now that bridge is burned and I hope for nothing but success against every team but one...
