Seton Hill and Saint Vincent get football programs?

Seton Hill and Saint Vincent get football programs?

NationalChamps.net says that these two schools are starting football programs. Here's all it has:

Saint Vincent (Latrobe, PA ), NCAA Div. III, applying to join the Presidents' Athletic Conference (2007)
Seton Hill (Greensburg, PA), NAIA Mid-States Football Association (2005)

Anyone have any more info on this?
