Titan, these PSU diehards you speak of whom think PSU is still the greatest in the nation, are they in an old folks home suffering from senility? What I hear from PSU fans are statements that are more along the line of "we are getting better" which has to be true because over the last couple of years they couldn't have been much worse.

All PSU fans think their team is awesome like WT said earlier even when they stink, they think they are awesome! Pitt is losing and their fans admit they are not that good and have some things to work out before they start winning.

Now Holly, You know I am a PSU fan, but do you remember I told you Fri night. I won't watch another game until they open their Big 10 scedule because the minor league teams they are playing are nothing more to me than scrimmages.

Ah, but those are conference tie-ins. It's the NON-conference scheduling that we're talking about. You know, the teams that are OPTIONAL on your schedule. That you don't HAVE to play, but of course want to... He who laughs last, laughs best.

Please note: PSU was supposed to play Alabama this year OOC, but they backed out when they went on probation recently. They will play at again in the near future.

Well, Pitt scheduled Ohio and Youngstown State for their OOC schedule. The only decent team on there, Notre Dame, is also on numerous Big Ten schedules. How about those apples?

Flea.... make sure you know what you are talking about too. They also play Nebraska, this week in Nebraska. This should provide a better chance at starting 0-3!

Also note that PSU (from the B10) is undefeated agaisnt two BIG EAST teams this year!

AGAIN!!!! For the hundredth time. Pitt and other members of the Big East had to scramble to find teams to fill in their schedules when 3 conference teams defected on short notice. Hence the Furmans, Woffords, JMU's, and Youngstown States. PSU plays Lousiana Tech and Temple next year. What's their excuse?
