I'm looking for Michigan to lose 2 more games.

Ohio State maybe will lose 1.

Iowa probably 1, maybe none.

Michigan State is another bowl team this year.

So is Wisconsin. Minnesota is another.

Northwestern will probably play in a bowl, and I have seen some nice confidence from Illinois. That's a lot of teams out of 11 to make it to being bowl eligible, based on record alone.

Penn State may even be able to squeak in there if they win this weekend (should). That's 3 wins. They need to beat Illinois, which is shaping up to be a battle, from what I've seen. That's 4. That means they need to get that NW win, and then another. They're going to have to catch someone sleeping. Maybe Minnesota, maybe Michigan State.

The Big Ten may not be the "best conference" in terms of having a national title, but from top to bottom I really think this year's Big Ten is as competitive as it's ever been. Michigan took a step back, and the bottom teams all got better.

It is not the toughest or close to the toughest conference this year! They might not have 5 bowl teams this season

Yes, we will see. The Big East may be lucky to have FOUR bowl teams this year. The Big Ten will have 6 or more. So yes, we will see how much (or little) you know about college football.

Is the Big 10 a good fit for PSU?

What programs are considered the top 4 in the Big 10?

Does PSU consider themselves a top Big-10 program?

They are ABSOLUTELY a top team. Record wise? Hell no. But Penn State makes mad amounts of money for that conference, and that is how they are a top program for the Big Ten.
