By the way, where are those 3 games against Temple over the next four years? Too embarrassed to include them on those lists?

Better watch what you say about Temple, they're the 2nd best I-A team in PA right now.

Moldo, you must be ignoring the original post. I saw the two Temple games there.

BTW, since this only the schedule for the next couple years, who is to say that Cuse and Bama aren't already on the the 08 and 09 schedules for PSU? We didn't see them, so perhaps we don't know.

I only have the schedules for 06 and 07. I have heard from my friend who is a bigtime Syracuse fan that PSU is going to be back on their schedule in the near future. That's all I heard. And of course I heard about Alabama too.

Lets see who can afford to pay teams to come in to play at their home field. Penn State 100,000 people at $50 a seat = $5,000,000 just in ticket sales each home game. Pitt 40,000 people at $20 a seat = $800,000 a game. Pitt can't even build their own stadium. So once Pitt builds a big time program like Penn State has they can start paying the "cupcakes" to come in to play. By the way el-moldo the big east brought in teams to replace Miami, Virginia Tech, and BC. I believe they were Louisville, South Flordia, and Cincinatti. So that does not explain why the big east needs to fill spots for games when the teams were replace.

Something must be wrong with Pitts program when Penn State goes into their backyard two years in a row and steals top recruits (Anthony Morelli and Justin King). By the way Pitt fans Anthony Morelli played really well against Central Michigan which is still better than Ohio.

What I meant, children, was that if it's true that PSU schedules 3 years in advance, USF was clearly on their way to being a respectable team. Cincinnati also just came off a bowl game. Can we please not turn this into a conspiracy?

Penn State-Alabama renew football series in 2010-11
Tuesday, September 20, 2005

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State and Alabama will renew their football series in 2010-11, Nittany Lions' Athletic Director Tim Curley announced today.

The teams will meet Sept. 11, 2010 in Alabama and Sept. 10, 2011 in Beaver Stadium. The Nittany Lions and Crimson Tide were originally scheduled to meet in 2004 and '05, but the series was postponed at Alabama's request two years ago, with 2013 and '14 as the tentative seasons.

Penn State and Alabama last met in 1990, completing a 10-year series. The Crimson Tide leads the series, 8-5.
