Tom Bradley found his way to Pitt...poor Titan

Post by Coach »

I think this is absolutely hilarious after all the Tom Bradley letters on here...

Pitt and Notre Dame made strong pushes for Walls in the final weekend. Irish assistant head coach John Latina attended the Woodland Hills-Connellsville game Friday, the same day that 45 handwritten letters arrived at Walls' home from the Panthers' coaching staff.

That is so beautiful. I remember reading that original article about Bradley and saying that it was written right in there that many other programs used the same techniques. But of course, they couldnt see that since it was one more way to thrash on PSU. 45 letters in one day? I think that even beats out Bradley for sure!

PS--I just sent 50 more handwritten letters to one of the top 5 athletes in the nation Dorin Dickerson, who's already committed to Pitt...You think he'll come over from the dark side?

No way. PSU is #1 in the nation now aren't they? Oh wait, 16th and they're only going down from there.

I love how you just take it in stride.... Titan is a good guy fellas, whether you like Pitt or not.

I want him to be a fan of our squad someday!

The easy seat is the told you so after PSU goes to 5-0 and loses to a great Ohio State team. I don't know if they are at that level already...and win or lose I'm still very happy with the start and apparent changes.

The best thing about it all was the preseason thoughts from Pitt fans about what this season would hold for both teams.

I don't think I was on here saying anything about Pitt. A new coach always raises questions. Especially a guy that has lost everywhere he's been. I kept my mouth shut and for good reason. Maybe others were on here bragging them up, not me. I always liked Walt Harris. He knew how to win. Wannstadt doesn't.
