Rivals.com's No. 10-ranked DE/LB, Aaron Maybin of Ellicot City, Md., announced this afternoon that he will attend Penn State next year.
The announcement was made before his afternoon football practice at Mt. Hebron High School in front of reporters and school officials.

They have him listed as a 3 star recruit.
